To be quite honest, I haven't been to a Red Lobster in years. We were actually greeted by the person who would be our server. His name is Rodney. Honestly I can't remember the last time we had such friendly service. Everything ordered was brought out in a timely manner. Everything was piping hot. My husband was very satisfied with his lobster and steak. I had the garlic shrimp. We had also ordered lobster flatbread and seafood stuffed mushrooms. We thoroughly enjoyed our meals. Throughout our time there, Rodney constantly stopped by to see if we needed anything. I think we'll be coming back. Rodney thanked us for choosing Red Lobster and I'm glad we did!
The presentation of my food was on point and the taste was just as good; so much so, I forgot to take an picture The service was "excellent" my waiter Cesar L was on top of things and he had a pleasant attitude. The from Sac Town was worth it Loved the diversity at this spot!
dinner was 12-20-2024 8pm our waiter was kind, polite, and foreseen our needs. the food was delicious, I'm drooling right now thinking about the lobster. I can tell the cook took their time making sure it came out delicious. Restrooms were clean and warm. It's my second time at this location and it seems to have improved since Summer of '24. broccoli rice 2 lobster tails med rare steak potatoes 2 beverages
Well another fabulous lunch. Food was great as usual!! Service is always great Duane you made it very special for our Mom's Birthday. Joshua's always so pleasant and always is the professional photographer. The restaurant is always clean and family friendly!! Kim you have a fabulous staff can't wait to see you all again!! My parents took me here for a birthday lunch and while the service was a bit slow, I gotta say I was sort of impressed. The salmon salad I got was very good and filling. The biscuits are still super good too. Service was still cool regardless of how long it took to get our food, and the place was clean. I may have to drop by again sometime and maybe just get some to go to try a few more things off the menu.
This location is still open! Come get your lobster and crab fix! This is my grandmas favorite place to eat. She's loves her some lobster. Its her 90th birthday today and she wanted to come here, of course. We sat in the bar seating and Albi was our server. She is first class! Exceptional service, beyond expectations. Our food was great. It's was relatively mellow at about 5pm on a Friday. Very clean inside and outside too. I spoke to the manager, Dawn, and told her how amazing Albi is. Dawn is so sweet too! They really have a great team here. I have never had a bad meal here. Always great service. Not sure why they only have 3 stars. If I could give extra stars, I would. They deserve it.
We decided on lunch here since we were in the local area. We both ordered the lunch menu, Walt's favorite coconut shrimp and added a side salad. The shrimp were large, crispy, hot, and cooked perfectly! The side salad is huge and delicious, worth the added cost of $3. We enjoyed amazing service from Albina, she is the best, friendly, accommodating, attentive, and always checking on us while refilling our Iced teas! She brought us everything we requested in a moments notice. The biscuits are super delicious! Thank you so much Albina for your outstanding service!
